What is a True fee?

Modified on Sun, 22 Dec, 2024 at 5:49 PM

We are committed to providing transparency to our users regarding the 'True' cost of purchasing crypto. To achieve this, we use the following formula:

True Fee = Payment Provider Rate compared to the Current Market Rate (expressed as a percentage)

The Payment Provider Rate includes the Gateway Fee charged by the payment provider. It's the rate at which your transaction is processed through their system.

The Current Market Rate is the real-time price at which the coin can be bought.

The True Fee includes all costs paid by the user:

  • Payment Provider Fee: This is the fee charged by the specific payment provider for processing your transaction.

  • Transaction Network Fee: This covers the cost associated with sending transactions over the network.
