Coindisco compares crypto buy and sell offers from a range of payment providers in one place, so the real cost of a purchase is visible before you pay. The service runs at coindisco.com and in the Coindisco mobile apps.
The full documentation lives in our GitBook. It has search, worked examples, and reference lists that stay current: countries, payment methods, fiat currencies, assets and networks, and integrated providers.

This Help Center
A short set of articles here answers the questions that come up most often. Each one links to the matching GitBook page for the detail.
Tickets
This is also where tickets are created. Open Profile > Support in the app, or use the ticket form. A ticket moves faster with the Coindisco transaction ID, the provider name and order ID, the asset, network and amount, and the email used for the transaction.
Note: a question about a payment, an identity check, or an order placed with a provider goes to that provider first.
